I'm looking for a really good OB in the San Jose Area. Natural Birth/Doula friendly is a plus.

I have a family history of Factor V Leiden (FVL), and I need to get tested for it, as it is the most likely cause of my miscarriages this spring. My midwife can order the test, but wouldn't be able to interpret it or write the script for treatment if it turns out I have FVL, so we agreed that it would be better for me to have a doc run the test.

I'd really appreciate recommendations of excellent OB's, including why you liked them. Can be male or female. I am in reasonable driving distance of Good Samaritan, El Camino (Mountain View & Los Gatos), and O'Connor.

If anyone else has dealt with repeat loss due to FVL in the Bay Area, I'd especially like to hear from you.

TIA
