Any recommendations for practitioners or facilities? I live in the IE, but will consider traveling farther. After two completely unnecessary c-sections and horrible hospital experiences, I can't do that again. I won't be able to go with a midwife unless I can get my insurance company (a PPO) to cover part of it. Lori Luyten (The Oaks House, Chino) told me she doesn't take vba2c clients. I'm trying to get in touch with Aquanatal Birth Center (also Chino) to see if they do. Other than that, I'm stumped.

Thanks!

You can look up midwives on HAMS (homebirth and midwifery services) it is a yahoogroup.

If you get turned down by the local midwives contact Brenda Capps in Bakersfeild.
