We moved across the country and landed in Antioch. We are trying to decide where to school the children. The pickings seem slim. We are not religious and the public schools seem sketchy. I would homeschool but hubby is against it. Also I am looking for natural/attachment/peaceful parenting groups or something like that. We are intactivists and wear our shirts and arm bands so it has to be a group that can handle that. And of course I have to make friends, find places like parks and malls and movies etc. I have two girls who are school age and a 1 yr old son so we are open to trying new things and exploring the area. We at some point need to find a holistic ped or gen practitioner since we have food allergies and skin rashes galore. any info shared would be awesome.
