Hi, my family will likely be moving to Anchorage in a few months and I am due with my 3rd in Feb. I know this thread is a few years old, but I am super interested in finding the travelling midwife. Does anyone know how to contact her? My first birth was c section, my second an amazing unmedicated VBAC, but from what I have learned I still wouldn't be eligible to birth at home or at a birthing center b/c of the first section. I am absolutely not going to deliver in the hospital unless there is an emergency. I suppose I would rather fly across country to deliver at my parents house than be in the hospital. Really hoping to find the travelling midwife so hopefully I wont have to do that :)
