Can anyone recommend to me a cheap website for booking hotels? We're thinking of doing a trip to Eastern Ontario over Thanksgiving weekend, and I am so confused trying to look at availabilities...the prices are all over the place. Travelocity seems to have higher prices than Expedia, but Expedia kept giving me error messages...

I remember booking a hotel in Toronto a few years ago through a site that had a green and yellow format, its prices were the cheapest, but now I can't find it.

Choiceshotels.ca is the Choice hotel chain (Comfort Inn, Comfort Suites, Quality, Sleep Inn, Rodeway Inn)

We have found deals from different websites at different times. Each trip takes legwork and time. Sometimes hotwire is cheapest, although this recession it seems that some hotels offer better deals directly than the price their hotel is selling for on hotwire. You can also check expedia.ca, travelocity.ca, orbitz and hotels.ca, priceline, hotwire.

It also partly depends on what class of hotel/budget you are looking for. We would rather get a 3 or 4 star hotel at a deal price than just go for the cheapest, after once having had a terrible Days Inn room.
