The little info sheet they send along with the forms is quite condescending, but all in all, it's pretty easy to claim an exemption here.
I will add that whenever I turn my kids vax exempts in, I have the person I give them to stamp and sign it (reception, nurse - whoever) and make a copy and give ME the copy and have them keep the original. That way, there's not "oh, we didn't get it" nonsense later on.
FWIW, my oldest only had a few shots and my youngest has never had any. We've never had one bit of trouble with the vax exepmt forms in school.
