One other thing to consider (maybe you already have) is chiropractic or cranial-sacral. My son wouldn't latch well at all on the left and it turned out it was positioning issues in-utero and due to birth. Lots of improvement after the first visit, but we still had to go back for a second.
There are people in town who do cranial-sacral, I found mine on the cranial academy website (google it), I actually saw a chiropractor who's since moved away, but if you look on icpa4kids.org you should find someone, if you don't already have a practitioner.
