I'm looking for a midwife in OK.  Preferably one that takes medicaid (I've been told that they can).

Yes, where? There is a midwife group in OKC, and also a great midwife in Tulsa named Ruth Cobb. I didn't end up having a home birth there, but I looked in to it, and I have a friend who had 2 home births with Ruth Cobb(She also delivered 2 of her siblings).

I saw a midwife in OKC that was with the OU Med Center.  Her name is Ann Stewart and has several other midwives in her office.  She does take Medicaid.

I the best of my knowledge, CNMs can accept SoonerCare.  CPM and DEM for out of hospital can not.

Heather, are CNMs allowed to attend homebirths?

The way I understand it is, they can if they have a back-up physician.

I think there is a CNM who does homebirths is Norman with Community Midwifery.  There's another great Homebirth midwife in Tulsa named Alice Sirmons, but she isn't a CNM.
