Hi- i have recently discovered my sciatic nerve- life was much more blissful when i was unaware of its existence. These days it screams at me all day long- comfort is a thing of the past.
I am looking to find some relief- does anyone have a chiro they recommend or a therapist (galleria, midtown, deer park, clear lake area if possible)? (if i do not get relief soon, i will be in search of mental health counseling). I have done massage, but the relief is very limited :-(
I am 24 weeks and the thought of 16 more like this is simply to much to bear. I am open to suggestions, extra exercises, butt-ectomy (jk).
And to anyone else who is experiencing this...i am so sorry!!
I was going to describe something you could have your partner do to help, but it really needs a diagram to be clear. Good luck finding someone.
It may not be just sciatica. Might be Pelvic instability and the pain you have is just one symptom. This is a great page out of Canada, but a lot of really good info for help and treatment.
