Hoping someone can help me. I have a 14 1/2 month-old daughter and am 7 weeks pregnant with #2. I have recently applied for CHIP and anticipate being able to get benefits, which will definitely help remove some pressure during this pregnancy. With that being said, I'd also love to have a second birthing center birth and really want to avoid a hospital birth if at all possible. My first was with Vicky Wells at Labor of Love birthing center in Tyler; would definitely be my first choice in care this time around; however, I wanted to check and see if anyone knew which of the Deep East Texas birthing centers, if any, accept CHIP. Thanks in advance!
