Anyone ever deal with getting their placenta released from Baylor MC in Frisco,TX for encapsulation?  I need advice on what steps to take.  Thanks

I suggest calling the Labor & Delivery unit at the Medical Center, asking to speak with the Nurse Manager, and then asking that person what is required to take your placenta home. The nurse manager can let you know what you need to do.

The Baylor hospitals are requiring a court order to obtain them.  Sometimes you can get lucky and just have it released to a funeral home and pick it up from them.
