Where did you vote? We went by the west gray center today and it was mobbed... hoping to try some place less crowded.

The last 2 times I've early voted I went to the Moody Rec Center on Fulton. Short lines and seemed closer (for you and me, Angela) than driving to W. Gray. We're going today so I'll update later.

DH and I both voted this week in Montgomery County. It was quick and we had no problems.

For those in The Woodlands, avoid the polling place at the Community Center. It has had a crazy long line all week. The library off of Ashlane Way (by the YMCA) is much less busy. I hope this helps someone out.

my husband voted at the wirt location in spring branch. it was EMPTY... which sort of makes me sad.

my voter registration got rejected, I did an address change and I have no idea what I must have done wrong... but it got rejected. I am working on getting that fixed if not I will fill a provisional one.

ooo, good to know. We're reasonably close to the spring branch location. I think a lot of people go over to W. Gray b/c everyone seems to know where it is.

Do not fill out a provisional ballot!!!! A voting judge (can't remember official name) can make a ruling right at the polls about your address change!!!! Go to StealBackYourVote.org They have a 1-800 # you can call for help too!

Sorry. Too much listening to the radio with the non-Bobby Kennedy, Jr. author.

We went to the Power Center. It's at Main and S. Post Oak. Line was long, but moved quickly. We were only there total 30 minutes.

I ended up waiting til the last early voting day, today. I went to the Moody Rec Center location on Fulton this morning and waited 5 minutes in line.

As far as lines go I would think any location today would be better than the lines on the 4th. Happy voting!

I'm going to try to vote today. I see that it's no recommended to do a provisional ballot, but I don't know much about a voting judge to argue. That site was a little difficult to navigate.

If your issue is having moved, if you were registered at your old address you can go vote there.

I'm bringing a homeowner's insurance bill from our new place to prove this address and will take it to this address's precint in hopes that they can call Calcasieu parish to confirm that I'm registered. My mom works at polling booths in LA and says it should work, so I'm going to try.

I voted, but I was told it wouldn't count. I wasn't leaving without at least trying, though. So, I voted provisional on the machine. I called my mom and she said it will only be counted if the race is really close. I did what I could, though!

I just got back from Chipotle and they are not doing the free burrito promotion. Apparently, I wasn't the first person who had asked about it. The cashier said it was canceled.

I can confirm the Starbucks promotion, though.

I don't eat Ben & Jerry's, so someone else will need to confirm/deny that one.

Bummer about Chipotle! I've had all the coffee I need today...although I might make a run later if things get interesting...and I would looove B & J's, but there's not a store near us

I've also hear Dunkin' Donuts is giving away freebies (Red/white/blue donuts) so maybe you can have that w/ your Starbucks and make it a meal!
