http://www.scandcook.com has recipes for meatballs and a Christmas ham that I use, amongst many other yummy recipes.

Gravlax (salmon), pickled herring of various flavours, meatballs (small, with no sauce!), Jansson's Temptation (usually contains dairy), boiled potatoes, knäckebröd (dark, hard, flat, rye bread), liver paté, beetroot and herring salad (or just beetroot salad, which I prefer), rice porridge or Ris a la Malta (desert), Christmas cheese, homemade rye bread, thick mushroom gravy, Christmas sausages (flavour-ful!), mini prince sausages, veal brawn, mustard, crumbed ham (a very nice Swedish thing is to keep the liquid from cooking the ham, is "Dip in the Pot", putting slices of bread in the liquid, fishing them out and eating them with knife and fork!), red, brown and green cabbage, Lutfisk with mustard sauce...

Sweet things: Ginger bread, saffron buns, almond mussels, ginger cake, klenätter

Drinks: Christmas beer, flavoured schnaps (vodka), glögg, Julmust (looks like coke), Mumma,

Other things: oranges, chocolates, nuts to crack, Knäck (hard nut-toffee), smooth, chewy caramel, Ice chocolate

I am Swedish. If you can't find the recipe you want just pm me.
