Hey everyone -

My sister and brother-in-law live in Fairfield, Idaho, and I drew their name for our Christmas gift exchange this year. I would like to get them tickets to some sort of event, and was hoping you ladies might have some suggestions. I know they go down to Boise fairly regularly, and my sister actually works in Ketchum so that would also be an option. I was thinking maybe tickets to a play (or a season pass?) or maybe some kind of catered dinner? I know my sis enjoys the Shakespeare thing they do in the outdoor theater, but they won't have tickets for sale until March, so that's not really an option.

TIA for any help!!
-Rose

P.S. We will be spending Thanksgiving with them and not Christmas, so we will do the gift exchange then - so I could get them tickets to something in December...

I know they do lots of ice shows up in Ketchum/Sun Valley. Here's a link for stuff up in that area http://www.visitsunvalley.com/calendar/

You might check out the College of Southern Idaho's website. They always have lots of stuff going on.

Maybe a gift subscription to Netflix? Do they like watching movies? I'm just thinking how remote Fairfield can probably seem in the winter, so something that brings a little of the outside world to them would be nice...
