Sweet friendship book: Chester's Way by Kevin Henkes
review by Catholic Mama
Chester the young mouse does things the same way from day to day. He is certainly a prepared child: he double-knots his shoes before he leaves the house and carries a first aid kit in his back pocket. His best friend Wilson gets along with him very well. When Lilly moves into the neighborhood, her unusual ways are shocking to Chester and Wilson. The way they adapt to each other is the best part of the story. Surprisingly, their differences complement each other.
