but i also remembered what made me want to ask here, and i didnt say it in the OP---

i also want to know cost of living in your area. its hard to know if a higher wage really means anything when you are looking at wages around the country--KWIM?

so i am looking for

average cost of a 2 bedroom rental

average utilities

average commuter hassle/cost

oh and one more thing, i make $12 and my rent for a 2 bedroom is $600 plus heat which is about $150.

stirringleaf i am a copywriter and i want to know what this job can fetch per hour in other parts of the US. so if you dont mind sharing... even if you dont work as one now but know how much a person could get paid doing it.. let me know. i was just poking around online and saw a job in NJ that was paying $70 an hour!!! that had to be a typo , right? as a copywriter???
