ssh I was already trying to avoid HFCS. Since about February we just haven't been buying things with HFCS. For example there's one brand of barbecue sauce, a few types of cereal, some of the flavors of breyers ice cream, several types of chocolate, ken's brand salad dressings, agave nectar with a drop of molasses for pancake syrup, organic ketchup, organic lollipops, etc. You just have to read all of the labels. It's really very annoying.

BellaClaudia okay.. so like we would not have enough to worry about with
the mercury in the vaccs...

there is this article in Washington Post about
the mercury content in High Fructose Corn Syrup
that is as we know basic ingredient of most soft
drinks and foods
