red raspberry leaf tea is often used as a uterine toner, it is safe to drink throughout pregnancy.

herbsgirl After expereincing Persistant Uterine Atony (boggy lazy uterus) for 3 or so days after birth, I am researching ways to build up my uterus, the health of it...

I found out about this supplement called Utrophin, has anyone heard of it? What do you know about it.

Obviously the midwives report no postpartum hemmorhages while using it.... read this

Also can anyone/everyone give me all their BEST tips on any herbs, vitamins, supplements, activities on What YOU believe helped in your situation, before, during and after pregnancy to help prevent my uterus from boggy, and also what you belive helped you prevent Postpartum Hemmorhage?

Methergine is what kept my uterus tightened, I took it for 5-7 days. my uterus even relaxed between scheduled methergine doses, but I only lost around 750 ccs blood
