I think I'd have to say, that even without all of the weigh ins, I reckon TEAM RED have a pretty convincing victory on their hands. I don't see any way that Blue can beat that effort!
Even though I have been discouraged a few times, and had some dodgy moments, over both challenges I have lost 9.5 kilos, which is 20.9 pounds!!!
Also, on average that works out to be 590g or 1.3lbs each week! It really has worked well for me. At this rate, it will be about 13 weeks until I reach my goal.
Psyched for a fresh challenge, and keen not to do any serious damage during our break week!

Aww, thanks! That's sweet. I did lose this week and it has me tempted but I am having a hard time keeping up. I think I will just stalk everyone the next round :)

My final weigh in is 181.6. I am excited by my progress, and I am starting week 6 of C25K this week, so I am feeling better with being more active. I am planning on doing the next challenge, and hoping to see another big loss in the next challenge :)
Good luck to all who are finished with this challenge, and I look forward to enjoying the next challenge with all who are sticking around for version 3.0!!!!

Really really mystified why my weight went up so much during this challenge, and why it was such a struggle to get it back down but still not below starting. Beginning to think I have just crossed some mystical invisible premenopausal threshold that make all my old (2 year old) weight loss techniques almost useless. I may have to switch to being someone who goes to the gym for 2 hours a day, etc. Gonna figure out my new skills and skip the next challenge - too sorry to not have been a benefit to the nice blue ladies!

I wasn't able to weigh in this morning so I will do that first thing in the morning. I was figuring, if I lose two pounds per week on the next challenge I will be at my goal weight. My body seems to have shifted after the last baby. I am bigger at 187 now then I was before the babe at 187. For example I have a double chin now and didn't before. I thought I was imagining this so I tried on some maternity pants and they were tight. They fit normally when I was pregnant. Maybe when I hit my goal of 170lbs I will have to see if I like what I'm like at that weight. It may not be the same as it used to be.
I don't expect great results at the weigh in as I have slacked on my diet and excersize

I don't plan to join the next challenge. I feel okay with my weight for now. Eventually I think I would like to lose a bit more but I'm not stressing it. I am just going to go forward with being active and trying to eat healthy.
It has been extremely helpful to have a group of cheerleaders. Good luck, everyone!

I did not do well on this challenge. I went on a road trip to visit family and ate very poorly. I have a hard time going home and not eating like a teenager. I gained 4 lbs. I did arrive home in the middle of the night and hopefully once I settled down at home it will not be that much of a gain. I did spend three days doing continous gardening. Anyway my number today is 214.5.
As BFM as a my inspiration I am going to do another round. Implement similar list of foods to avoid and avoid eating at night and exercising more consistently.

212.4 Planning on staying on track this week in between challenges. I lost 10 lbs in 16 weeks. Coming off slow because of nursing, but it's coming off!

150 Very disappointing results considering all that work. However it did inspire me to start running and I'm on wk7d2 of the C25K. I've also lost 2 inches off the waist and 1 off the hips and 1/4 off the arms. So I know I've changed fat to muscle.

I think it's safe to say I'm out for another challenge, considering I'm 9w along now. I'm not even trying to lose in the least now, but food aversion and running my 5k yesterday kept it up. (btw, I ran the whole thing! Slowly, but I didn't even walk once.)
The accountability of this thread really helped top keep my head in the game when it would have been so easy to pig out on birthday cake or pizza or whatever. So thanks, ladies! Good luck to those going forward with the next round. Well, I guess to everyone else, too.

I need to do my final weight today. And, I am really happy to report that I am finishing at 194!! Yay.
