supplements for PMS

My nursing toddler is 2 and this month due to him cutting way down on milk consumption (I believe) I had the worst PMS! It started with horrible mood swings and nursing aversion 3 days ago, terrible hunger cravings for the past 2 days, and then today when my period started, I had a terrible headache for 7 hours that tylenol did nothing for.

I'm sure some supplements would help, but which ones?

As an older teen/young adult I took progesterone cream and Vitamin B complex to help with my horrible cramps; however cramps don't seem to be an issue anymore....so far.
