pokeyac We used Viva paper towels that we wet with water from a squirt bottle. For travel we use Babyganics. We've never needed to use diaper ointment. I don't see the point in using it every time unless the baby has a diaper rash. Petroleum jelly wouldn't let the skin breathe. I think some people use coconut oil for a diaper ointment. It's all natural and I believe it has other beneficial properties.

hi,
can anyone recommend a good brand for wipes?
also did anyone use petroleum jelly? our hospital recommended using it instead of diaper ointment on each fresh diaper. what do you think?
