Family support or lack of it

I suffer from SAD and related panic disorder and I know that I could get over it with hard work, dedication and the right therapist but I also realize family support is essential but although dh understands it is v. hard on me about it.

We had decided to read a book together on the subject. When we were discussing some parts of the book he began blaming me for dd's lack of confidence at school. He said to me again and again I did that to her. And I just sat there speechless, thinking I need Support not Blame.

How am I going to get through this without moral or emotional support? I don't even discuss my problem with anyone else. No one would understand.
