engineer_mom that's such a touching video! Thank you for sharing!

What luck that the camera kept recording.

josie423 My almost 15 month old was standing right at the tub about 6 inches from me when baby started to crown. I really had no control at that point and just let it loose, poor DD was so scared! She ran and hid.

VegMomma Thank you, that was lovely!

And, oh yes, the pushing screams. My sisters attended the birth (they are 22), and apparently I quite traumatized one of them with the pushing screams. Ha!

Juvysen I swore i think i said "S#!t I forgot how much this *hurts*" and also grunted loudly when I pushed, this time...

josie423 Oh that was so beautiful! Thank you for sharing!! I've been having a very emotional day and of course watching your video put me over the edge!

I screamed and yelled while pushing my daughter out this time. I was vocal during my other two births, but I think not having the MW there (she didn't make it in time) took my inhibitions away. The vocalizations are so... primal and raw, to me. And my throat was sore too!

Thanks again for sharing! Having the camera set down for pushing was... perfect!

ETA: Eden is gorgeous!

For some reason, that's my favorite part of pushing! I felt so strong when I yelled. My throat was pretty sore afterward, tho. :P
