mrs_mandolini I know this is an old thread.. but good quality prefold diapers do the trick. You may need a small or a large depending on your chest size. I use 1 diaper to cover both breasts.

Joyfilledmama-- I have lots of cloth breast pads, both new and cleanly used.  Whenever we finally get together, I will bring some along if you want to take a look or a test run to see if they itch.  winky.gif

rainface I've seen the bamboobies ones in stores...they look delightful. I bought my cloth nursing pads off etsy and I adore them. Mine are just cotton but I've seen fleece and bamboo cotton.

I get very sensitive, itchy nipples during pregnancy.  It seems like all the disposable breast pads itch like crazy.  Does anyone have any brands disposable or non that would be super soft and not itchy?
