boobykinmamma Open a can of organic beans, add some garlic powder or other seasoning. Make some brown rice (Lundburg farms has a quick-cooking one that only takes 20 min). Steam some veggies--frozen if it's easier.

Erin Pavlina One cookbook I relied on a lot after having my daughter was Simply Vegan. The recipes had less than 5 ingredients and were easy to prepare. Good tasting dishes as well.

I also remember eating a lot of frozen meals during that time. I know it wasn't the healthiest thing, but it kept me from snackign on cookies and chips all day.

in8 Do any exist? i am having a hard time with meal prep since ds was born 8 weeks ago. Consequently, i often go long periods w/o eating...not good when breastfeeding! Any ideas?
