Catherine is into every too! If you take your eyes off her for a SECOND... Although sometimes she'll just quietly sit and play with something for a long time. I think it's just to put us off our guard, lol.

Sienna-forever Uriver I hope you're feeling a little better xxxx

M Anna - wishing you quiet congratulations, I understand your fears but wish you all the best for a happy, healthy pregnancy. Just look at little Catherine to know it can happen. And 40 is not old! Xxx

M Anna Sorry I've been MIA so long! Happy birthday to the birthday babies!

Clearly I'm not doing so hot at the NFP. I think my cycles are off (they started right after Catherine was born) because we had the surprise pregnancy of Gabriel (who we lost at 11 weeks) and now, 2 cycles later, I'm pregnant again. I'm positive I'm going to miscarry. I didn't even want to get a doctor involved - just wait until there's no hb at home (I have a doppler) and miscarry naturally. My husband said that we have to give this baby every chance at survival so I have an appointment on Friday morning to see the OB. I'm only about 4.5 weeks right now so it's early. My OB had said at my mc f/u appointment that she would get me right in with a high risk doc if I got pregnant again so I could start on heparin shots. I feel like it's already doomed because I"m so old (almost 40) and the baby probably has chromosomal problems. I've lost 3 of the past 4 pregnancies (not counting this one) so my odds are poor. Anyway, sorry to be a downer.

Catherine is doing well. She wants to walk but isn't yet. She cruises up and down furniture and can stand on her own for a while. She has four teeth (two up, two down) and is doing so-so on solids.

I doubt you need the newest edition but I don't know what is in it. I found NFP to be really hard to do properly while breastfeeding and without AF. When my cycles were regular and there was no baby at the breast it was easy.

Sienna-forever I want to give it a go!

Only just had one cycle at 11 months pp, so will chart for a while and read the book.

Really need to do it right as I just can't imagine another pregnancy after 3 preemies, too scared!

Sienna-forever It's a long and hard road isn't it, we also go back to cardiology in October, and I really hope we both get good news.
It terrifies me the thought of surgery even though all being well it should be only an overnight stay for us. But really hoping it closes by itself for both our girls.
I've been a bit down too but think it's a bit of birthday blues, it was my birthday yesterday and then also my first af arrived since saffron. Trying to think positive and plan saffrons birthday now. Xx

unuselyriver well today has been a really hard day for me i think i am dealing with depression i have been breaking down and crying alot today and think how much has happen over the last 3 yrs and its a bit overwhelming but i am so glad to finally have are rainbow here even though it was a really long road we go back to her heart doc on oct 20 to see if they want to go in and fix the whole in her heart at last look which was last week it had not change any and the right side of her heart has got bigger so we where hoping out of all odds it would get smaller but it has not from what they told us today when they made the appt for oct so it is a little hard to deal with that are baby will probable go under the knife before she is even a year old so i guess are long road is not over yet

Sienna-forever Oh blimey that is early! I'm struggling to keep up with saffron at 9 months corrected lol!
Also still bf which is lovely, aiming to get to her first birthday on the 28th and then keep going as long as she wants really. So happy to still be bf despite all our problems initially.
Also still no af, at nearly 1 year since birth which is strange for me, but not complaining at all ha.,

How's amberly now?

Saffrons bump much better.

pattimomma Hello Ladies!

I haven't been on in a while. It was nice to read all the wonderful progress toward each baby's milestone!

Simon is five months old and he just figured out this thing called crawling. He is getting all over the place. It's ridiculously early. None of my other babies did anything this early. They were all still working on sitting up at this stage. Simon can sit but not for very long before he loses his balance and tips to the side. He is really stable on all fours so crawling came easy for him. Still breastfeeding and still no AF for me but I am thinking about starting BC pills when he turns six months. DH keeps joking about me getting pregnant again but I am not interested in that. I think Simon may be my last. With two teenagers in my house and another child fast approaching those years I don't think I want to add another baby to the mix. Also it's taking my body a really long time to recover from Simon's birth. I think it's age, LOL.

How is everyone???
08-03-2014 10:17 PM
unuselyriver aww dont feel to bad about it it is going to happen some times amberly just gave her self a black eye for the same thing almost she was sitting up and playing with a toy and fell and hit her eye at least it is better now it cut the bottom part of her eye and i thought she was going to need stitches but her doc said she did not need them i was in tears and she was still just a playing
08-01-2014 01:01 AM
Sienna-forever So now she is crawling on all fours and pulling to stand. Which is great except this morning she pulled to stand against the shower and fell and bumped her eyebrow area. Serious mummy guilt

How's everyone doing?

j and js mommy Not walking yet but sometimes stands for a second. Amazing to hear about your babies and milestones. I am done pumping!!!

j and js mommy Sorry everyone cole is into everything and the house is a mess! No post time and this site is blocked at work now!
We celebrated early his b day. He destroyed the cake! We really didn't get him gifts or a big party so I feel bad about thAt. The actual birth date was uneventful but I kept the tradition of getting a pic at the moment he turned 1! 2:19! gorgeous pics too. I don't think I can post from my cell
07-22-2014 06:16 AM
100%mom Uriver, my little guy doesn't crawl yet either. He's over 8 months. He can sit and then get on his tummy from sitting, but that's about all. Out of my 6 kids he's my slowest. He can spin circles on the floor and roll, but that doesn't get him anywhere.

J & J, awesome that you made it to a year bfing. How was Cole's birthday?
