Bertram For some people parental controls from windows should be enough. But if you're not satisfied, you can try to buy some third party software like NetNanny or PCWebControl. But before that I'd recommend you to just have an honest conversation with your children about the dangerous materials in the Internet. You could say for example, that if they will visit such sites it will automatically download viruses on the computer which in turn may damage their precious video games You can also place the computer in some open space like living room to have more control on what is displayed on the screen. Your options are limited only by your imagination

tadamsmar This is what I would use:

but I have Windows 7

I use to use parental controls on XP.

Software the will control my kids' activity on computer

Hi guys,
I couldn't find any related topics so I made a new one. I want to ask you for some suggestions concerning the parental control on computer. My kids are getting more and more interested in computer stuff and I have to guarantee them security. I don't want them to see any porn and violent content also. Here is my question, do you use any of the programs that is able to block bad content websites?
