Pregnancy Plan Aww. I'm so sorry for your loss. Give yourself time to heal before attempting to get pregnant again. Physical recovery from miscarriage in most cases will take only a few hours to a couple of days. Your periods will likely return within four to six weeks, and it's possible to become pregnant during the menstrual cycle immediately after a miscarriage. Making healthy lifestyle choices before conception and during pregnancy can help keep you and your baby healthy. Start by taking a daily prenatal vitamin or folic acid supplement, ideally beginning a few months before conception. It's also important to maintain a healthy weight, include physical activity in your daily routine, eat a healthy diet and limit caffeine. However, there are a lot of things that you can do to boost your chances of conceiving a baby quickly and naturally after miscarriage, just follow this pregnancy plan from http://thegettingpregnantplan.webs.com

Mimsey7 I have taken 2 tests and they were both bfn. Now im nervous to take another one but this time I'm officially late by a whopping two days. I was wondering how long you waited and if you got a bfp?!

TTC month 5

AF was due 4 days ago, I'm usually always on time if not a little early. Boobs are starting to ache a little but could be pms. Also have a lot of thick discharge, sometimes clear sometimes white (not an infection) took a hpt 2 days ago, bfn. Want to take another one soon but I'm wondering how long I should wait and if anyone has anything to say. Thank you.
