Morgan Harrigan It might feel unpleasant for you, but it won't hurt the baby! It's so brief. It would be one thing to take an hour long ice water bath, a quick dunk will be no problem.

Rosemarino Tell them you have Raynaud's syndrome? I don't actually think it will hurt the baby, though.

Ice Bucket Challenge

My co-worker (who is unaware of my pregnancy) has just nominated me (and my entire grade level team) for the ice bucket challenge. I'm thinking that dumping icy water over my body probably isn't the best idea while pregnant. Maybe I just use warm water and pretend it's icy?? Suggestions?
