willibug Ooooh, we all love muffins in our family!

A while back, I made a similar request to yours, and there were some great replies. Here's a link.

Hopefully we'll get some more recipes, too!

dfoy I am a teacher and will start back to work in a few weeks. I have a new childcare provider that is a little further away so I won't have time to stop at my favorite coffee shop on my way to work every morning.

I am looking for some yummy yet healthy muffin recipes so I can make a couple of batches for dd #1 (17 yo) and I to grab as we leave the house each morning. I have a good bran muffin recipe and do vary it with carrots or zuccini every now and then but would like a little more variety. I'm looking for whole grains and not a ton of sugar. Dairy is OK but they don't have to have dairy. We like soy milk just fine, too.

Thanks!
