Mine doesn't work as well as the Medela Swing and it takes longer, but I can generally get 3 oz (my babe's average feeding) in ~10 minutes. Make sure you have it securely pressed against your breast.

A lot of the empire nursing wear from motherhood maternity fit me in my last month and afterward, especially the tanks. Otherwise, I do really like Motherwear as well.
