It creeps me out to run or walk over graves, but...

It creeps me out to run or walk over graves, but I have no problem using paths. I think it's nice to use cemeteries for retreat and reflection, and exercise is one of the ways to do that.

I feel so much better with a moderate breakfast, substantial lunch, and a light, mostly vegetable dinner that includes fat. So dinner feels light but usually has a good amount of butter and egg....
