tonight we are having leftover pork stew and potatoes, but tomorrow is roasted sweet potatoes with moroccan seasoning and couscous, with chutney and hot sauce to serve. Really simple but yummy.

It's a different kind of wheat. It tastes much better and is lighter and 'cleaner' tasting.The nutrition is the same and I use ti all the time.

Seconding so delicious coconut milk creamer. Really good, quite equivalent to dairy creamer. I found I don't like almond milk in my coffee, but I do make chai tea with it and it is really good.
