Can you get mom's hep B bloodwork? The only VPDs the baby might be at more risk from, due to no breastfeeding, is Hib/Pneumococcal.  Will you have the baby in daycare at all?

For the 2 year old, the risk of Hib/Pneumococcal disease is very low at age 2, not sure I would vax for those at this point.  I would probably do DTaP.

And for your daughter, I personally wouldn't do titers.  They are likely to be negative, I wouldn't put her through the blood draw.

Hib isn't usually required for Kindergarten, only preschool.  It's not typically given past the age of 2-3yrs.  Also, if the last IPV is given at 4yrs old, you only need a total of 3 doses.

The 4 year shots can be given at age 4-6, so waiting a year or 2 is what I would do if you are unsure about it now. You would still be considered up to date now if that is a concern.
