Yeah, running hasn't solved my PPD but it certainly has helped it. It is too bad you're in NJ! I definitely would have been down for a running buddy!

Hmmm, no one answered, but I think I figured it out. I added some tea tree oil to my ACV rinse and it seems to have helped. I plan on trying my BS scrub again in a few days...

Someone else said boogars are a pain--they ARE. Blowing your nose can be really annoying too. It's the price we pay for vanity, I guess. Lol.
