My fav is porridge, a loosely grind red wheat or groats- boil it down to what I call porridge, then add in raisins and kale. So yummy.

I have never had lamb before either, so I can not say. I have heard folks say that it does not taste like lamb, more like venison.  I have been raised on venison, and did not find it...
