Mine lasted until right about 20 weeks, b ut it gradually improved from about 14 weeks on. I also got a break at about 10 weeks where I was way less sick, before it was back with a vengence.

I'm still waiting for this baby to make his or her appearance (just 38 weeks, so likely still have a ways to go) but I think my current plan will be to play it by ear....

We used cloth right from the beginning. My faves for the first few weeks were the kissaluv 0s. Then we used size small Motherease Sandy's. I particularly liked their bamboo diapers.
