I'm pretty sure that it's hormonal -- I had a c/s, and sex was still painful for me until about 7 or 8 mos. pp (even with lube, etc.).

Probably 2-3 times per week, but he gets really dirty playing. I think 1-2 times per week is fine, especially if your dd has exema. Bathing after every poopy diaper is ridiculous.
