Not true. We spaced out some vaccinations and never had our insurance company refuse to pay anything. In fact for visits that were made for just a shot there was no copay for us either.

If it was a clean, new nail I wouldn't be that concerned to be honest. Does it look like the wound bled more than a drop or two? The more a wound bleeds the better chance one has of avoiding tetanus....

I believe her hesitation with a note is because the cruise ship rules are that only those less than 24 weeks may cruise with a Doctor's note. She will obviously be farther along when the ship sails.
