I will second the fish oil. I've been taking it this entire pregnancy (now at 36 1/2 weeks) and I feel like I've been much more emotionally stable than with my first where I was all over the place....

I agree, if you are eating healthy, whole foods, then you are doing just fine. I started at 5'4 and 150 lbs, and gained 15 lbs in the first trimester, 5 in the second, and none in the last 6 weeks....
