Thank you all. It's helpful to hear that you all valued having a doula so much.I'll also look into the other coping ideas. Maybe I should start painting while my daughter does.

I'm so sorry. Yes, they can somewhat check via US. They can see cord pulsating and thus guess where and how long it is. They checked us before I was allowed to have her breech. Good luck!

How about pumping for only 12 minutes or so? This should bring your supply down slowly.With any herbs, I'd be worried about cutting it down too much.
