Yes, I followed the brewers diet with my first 11 years ago and now we pretty much eat a similar diet all the time. Whole foods, lots of protein, healthy fats, lots of produce, no processed foods.

Yeah, plus it's possible to get a diagnosis like fetal growth restriction because the baby is too small (I've known this to happen). Either way, I'm just glad that your baby is okay!!

Ihathi, The positive is that your due date is now correct! You could have easily thought you were WAY overdue when actually your baby is born at the normal time and avoid an unnessasary induction.
