I really liked the book and I think it did...

I really liked the book and I think it did change my perspective on parenting.  However, if it's not for you then maybe a different book would help?

I learned to nurse while falling back asleep which helped a lot. Now that dd is almost 2 she is sleeping for most of the night but usually partially wakes long enough to nurse back to sleep.

It really makes me sick too! I had a bad reaction to that vaccine as a baby. Now I understand the new vax doesn't have the same ingredients but I still do not want it!

It sounds like she's doing fine! My dd was 16lbs 15oz at 12 months and at her last appt (19 mos) she was 18lbs 15oz. So even though she is tiny it does not mean that she is not growing well....

I had pre-eclampsia so I wasn't able to go into labor on my own. However, my mother went into labor at the same time with both births and had her babies at almost 4:30 am both times (4:32 and 4:29).

Wow! That is a lot of food. I would be afraid that he's going to fill himself up on food and not eat enough breast milk. My dd is almost 18 months and can barely eat a whole banana.

I don't drink often but when pregnant with dd I had a small glass of wine for our Easter celebration. I don't think anything of a half glass of wine once or twice during pregnancy.
