Until you can sew something folded wash cloths can work. I've also heard of people using cotton socks. Since there is no fastener, you have to hold on or it will fall in the toilet.

I just wore cotton sports bras. I also got some cotton nursing sleep bras at jc pennys. I have 36 g and those options worked for me. They were also cheap.

You could make paper mache balls around small balloons. After its dry you pop the balloon and throw it away. Paint them if you want or maybe use colored paper for the outside layer.

I made mine with 4 layers of t shirt and one of flannel. They are quite absorbent. If I'm worried about leaks I fold up a baby wash cloth and add it on the inside to increase absorbancy.
