Thanks all! Thankfully I didn't go so late this time - It was just 41 + 4 days when I gave birth to a beautiful little girl. The midwives commented on how healthy the placenta looked. :)

I'm 5'3 but I have a super long torso, so I hardly ever experience that "baby in your ribs"...

I think our dates are much more accurate these days, with ultrasounds.  Also, going off of your LMP is pretty unpredictable. My cycles are very regular, but I think I ovulate later than most women....
