Yeah - Delaware midwives are in the same boat as Maryland midwives unfortunately.  There is the Birth Center in Wilmington though.

I like Delaware County much better than Bryn Mawr.  If there's a serious emergency and you need to be in the hospital ASAP from the Birth Center, they'll take you across the street to Bryn Mawr...

I think the only birth center in the area that does VBACs is Birth Care in Lancaster.  HB MWs include Christy Santoro or Laura Cochran - they both go to Philly and do VBACs.  Good luck!

Home, or the Wilmington Birth Center.  Last time I was there, Bryn Mawr allowed you to labor in water but not birth in water, but that may have changed.
