My non-GD baby was 8 lbs 6 oz. at 39 weeks. My GD baby (diagnosed a t 9 weeks gestation) was 8 lbs. 7 oz. at 37 weeks. (FWIW, turns out I did not have GD, but type 1 diabetes).
