Does anyone new of any natural remedies to burn excess adrenaline or block it except exercise? My adrenal glands are constantly overstimulated causing me anxiety and insomnia. Thanks in advance!

No one knows the long term effects of taking antidepressants has on your child while breastfeeding. It's a chance you take. I guess you outweigh the pros and cons. Good luck.
