In case anyone searches for this thread again.. I DID have a successful homebirth after preemie. 2nd baby came at 36 w 0 days, the midwife missed her arrival by about 5 minutes because I don't waste...

I know this is an old thread.. but good quality prefold diapers do the trick. You may need a small or a large depending on your chest size. I use 1 diaper to cover both breasts.
