What about Big Franks or Veggie Links smashed with Vegenaise and sweet relish. It would look like a tuna sandwich. Kids seem to like this.

The cold is not so bad. I'm thin (little fat for insulation to keep me warm *hehe*) and from the desert southwest. It's not so bad here....
